These Terms explain how BSmart Player may be used. BSmart Player is a Smart TV player and playlist management interface. It does not provide, sell, broadcast, host or include television channels, movies, series or any other media streams.
Last updated: 23 June 2026BSmart Player is software that allows users to connect their own M3U or Xtream-compatible playlist/account to a compatible device. The application only provides the technical interface for loading, organizing and playing user-supplied playlist data.
BSmart Player is not a television provider, broadcaster, IPTV operator, content seller or media distributor.
The application does not include any live TV channels, VOD movies, series, EPG data or streaming packages by default. Any media displayed inside the application comes from playlist information entered, uploaded or authorized by the user or by the user’s chosen playlist provider.
Korisnici are solely responsible for the playlists, URLs, credentials, accounts and content sources they add or authorize. Korisnici must ensure that they have the legal right to access and use any playlist or content source they connect to the application.
BSmart Player is not responsible for the availability, legality, quality, accuracy, category names, logos, EPG information, subtitles, audio tracks, stream stability or content shown by third-party playlist providers. Problems such as buffering, offline channels, expired accounts or incorrect programme data must be resolved with the relevant playlist provider.
The application may not be used to access, distribute, promote or commercialize content without proper rights. Korisnici must not use BSmart Player for copyright infringement, unauthorized retransmission, illegal streaming or any activity that violates applicable law.
Aktivacija uređaja, where applicable, enables use of the BSmart Player software on a device. Activation does not include any media content, TV package, subscription to channels or guarantee that a third-party playlist will work.
BSmart Player is provided as a technical player interface. Do the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content selected by users, third-party playlist availability, stream interruptions, legal status of external sources, loss of access to third-party accounts, or damages caused by user-supplied URLs or credentials.
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Continued use of the application after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
